We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely terrace area and a pool to cool down in, which was perfect for relaxing. The location was great, just a short walk away from the lake and all the restaurants and ferry. Additionally, the free parking option nearby was very convenient for us with a hire car.

Loved the variety in the breakfast offerings and the friendly staff that made our stay extra special. the location was perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the lake. the room was cozy and comfortable with newly renovated bathrooms, and the view from the window was stunning.

The small parking area which was a bit inconvenient, but understandable given the hotel's central location. the pool wasn't open during our visit - would have been nice to have taken a dip on a sunny day.

The location was ideal, with the hotel being a short walk away from the beautiful boardwalk along the lake, the botanical garden, and even the river. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate their guests' needs. The basic amenities, including a good shower and comfortable beds, ensured a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
